Return Policy - Returns are accepted for any reason within 30 days of purchase with advance approval. Items must be retuned within the original package. All items returned, will attract a 15% restocking fee. The charges for the product will be reversed and the restocking fee charged to the credit card. Contact us at admin@webcomusa.net for instructions and return authorization procedures.

Payment Policy - We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Money Orders, and Wire Transfers - Wire transfers carry an additional $15 fee

Canceling an Order - You may cancel an order at any time prior to processing at our center by calling (954) 671-4644. Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel orders once they have been shipped. Please refer to our Return Policy for more details.

(further referred to as WebCom) and its management team does not care for Spam ads for mortgage refinancing, marketing lists - and we do not appreciate telemarketing calls at home. It is with this regard to your personal privacy that WebCom we will never share, rent, or sell to any third party your personal information unless we have your explicit permission to do so. Limited Warranties - WEBCOM USA Inc. (further referred to as WebCom) warrants that all Products listed below in Schedule 1 will fall under this limited warranty policy, where if properly used, will be free from defects in material and workmanship and will substantially perform as intended for a period of six (6) months after the Product is purchased. This limited warranty does not cover damages due to external causes, including accident, problems with electrical power, usage not in accordance with product instructions, misuse, neglect, alteration, repair, improper installation or improper testing.

If the Product fails during the warranty period for reasons covered by this limited warranty, WebCom, at its option, will: (a) repair the Product or (b) replace the Product with merchandise equivalent in value and function. If the replacement available is not of equivalent value the customer will be given the option: (a) of a refund or (b) to pay the difference in price. The replacement Product is warranted for the remainder of the original warranty and is subject to the same limitations and exclusions.

To request warranty service, contact WebCom within the warranty period during normal business hours excluding holidays. Please be prepared to provide: (a) your name, address and telephone numbers; (b) proof of purchase; (c) a description of the Product including brand model and serial number: and (d) an explanation of the problem.

Claims for duplicated, erroneous and/or fraudulent transactions will be verified by WebCom and once verified, the customer will be given the options to: (a) have the charges reversed on their credit cards (b) receive the refund by check or (c) have the charges applied to their account in the case of prepaid time.
